This weekend I decided to take up running again, I am overweight and have now reached the obese class.. I hate being the size I am , but realize nothing will change if I do nothing. I am a 47 year old male lorry driver who up until now has done very little exercise. I use to be quite a good runner, but this weekend I did two runs. it nearly killed me.
