Ran my first official 5k tonight! Walked more than I would have liked but it turned out to be a difficult cross country course (per seasoned runners) so I am still thrilled. Especially since I knocked 5 minutes of my best time from training! This app really helped with the training schedule. If you are just starting out, just keep on one run at a time and you will get there. Believe me, the feeling is unbelievable!
