  1. Yeah, I miss it, too. Definitely a good, fun way to get exercise. But it does get expensive. Between cleats, and Tshirts, and soccer balls...
  2. You don't have to apologize. I appreciate your concern. And sadly, no I don't play soccer. Not anymore. I used to, but then my brothers wanted to play as well, and it just got to be too much for the parents to have three kids in soccer. Lol. But I do enjoy outside activities, which is one reason I figured running would be a good way to get exercise.
  3. Trust me, I won't starve myself. I mean, it might make me lose weight for a little while, but as soon as I start eating again, I'll gain more weight than I had before I started starving myself. And, yes. Everyone says at my age my metabolism is high, but, I am overweight. And it never hurts to get into the practice of exercising, right?
  4. Drinking lots of water isn't a problem. My whole life that's all we've ever had at the house besides milk. No soda or juice. But it's really hard for me to make smart choices when it comes to eating since I don't buy the groceries. I'm only 14 and my mom does the shopping, but it's not like she can afford to buy food for the family and then healthy food just for me. :/
  5. Ok, great. Thanks. I grew up with three brothers, so I'm sure I'll be able to handle some sore muscles. Lol. But, yeah. I'll give today a rest and then maybe pick up tomorrow. Thanks.
  6. Thank you, TrishE. I was wondering about this, too. I started this app on the 21st. I didn't have enough energy to completely finish, so I went as long as I could, (20 min) and then quit. The next day my legs were so sore, but I went ahead and tried again. I only made it to about 17 min. So, I should take a break today and give my muscles a rest?
  7. Since I don't have any exercising equipment at home, I downloaded this app in hopes of losing weight. I started "week 1 day 1" 2 or 3 days ago, but I can't seem to finish. I go for about 20 minutes before I just can't run anymore. Has this ever happened to anyone else? And does this app help you lose weight?
