Im Christina and Im new to this forum. I started the C25K app 5 weeks ago and this morning I will be doing Week 5 Day 2. I run slower than I walk and I am perfectly ok with that. I find that I last longer with running when I go slow. I'm a little nervous about Wk5 Day 3, but I'm going to remain positive and I know I will be able to run the full 20 minutes with out walking. I have read quite a few posts in the forum and I have been so encouraged to continue on with C25K....I'm planning to do a 5K in July.
