  1. Haven, Do the C25K program. If running the 60 sec intervals is too hard at first, Then powerwalk those 60 sec bursts and walk slower on the 90 sec. Walks. To recover. You can do this!
  2. Starting at Week1 Day 1 is best. It gives your body an acclimation period. Building up slowly and less chance of injury. Congrats on the 25 P. U.!
