  1. For the first part of quarantine I really let myself drop into a depression. I got up to my highest weight (151.8 lbs) and had no energy or will to do anything. I don’t know what it was but something just told me to do better. So far, I’m down 11.9 lbs and I’ve been jogging every morning. I was just doing random intervals but I’ve decided to do the 10k program. My goals for 2020 are to get down to 120 lbs, be able to jog a 10k straight thru, and just do better for myself in general. My motivation is my daughter. Ever since I’ve been exercising, I’ve been so energetic and so much more present. I’ve truly been a better mom. What’s your motivation?
