  1. For the first part of quarantine I really let myself drop into a depression. I got up to my highest weight (151.8 lbs) and had no energy or will to do anything. I don’t know what it was but something just told me to do better. So far, I’m down 11.9 lbs and I’ve been jogging every morning. I was just doing random intervals but I’ve decided to do the 10k program. My goals for 2020 are to get down to 120 lbs, be able to jog a 10k straight thru, and just do better for myself in general.
