  1. Week 1, when I go from jogging to walking my calf’s and shins really burn, I find it difficult to keep a decent walking pace up, but when I go back to jogging it disappears, I still don’t have the stamina to run for longer periods. Will this pain eventually go as I get fitter. Any tips gratefully received
