Hi, everyone.
I hate running. With a passion. It is perhaps my least favorite activity to do. But at the insistence of some of my cross country friends in 9th grade, I ran for a winter. And I have never been been in as good of shape since I stopped. I’ve put on at least 40 pounds since those days and I want at least some of that physique back, if not all of it. I am willing to commit a half-hour to an hour a day to get back to that body, which while not muscular, was very toned. Any support is extremely welcomed.
