  1. Kia ora. I’m new to running and I’ve never been very good at it. I am aiming to participate in a 10k run in November 2020. Fingers crossed I can run the whole 10k by then. I’m up to week 5 day 3 of the app. It’s very difficult for me to complete but I’m not moving on until I nail it!
  2. This will be my third time trying to hit week 5 day 3 without stopping. The last two times I stopped at around 15 minutes. I’ve had to cut my running down because my knees were getting really sore so I haven’t run in 3 days. Wish me luck!
