  1. Thanks, Timb! Just finished week 2 run 2, and will definitely check out compression socks since stretching doesn't seem to have an impact.
  2. Week 2 run 1. 90 seconds is so much longer than 60. Can a shin splints spread to the femur?

  4. Hey everyone, I'm heading out on my first run. I've used the app before but never got past run 3-4. My sedentary butt needs a change. Hoping for weight loss, better health, and some mental clarity. It's cold, it's dark, I'm not on very good terms with my neighborhood cayotes...but I'm determined. Hopefully this is my year cheers.
