  1. I decided to start this program as motivation to get active (and in turn make better eating choices). I currently have a trainer 2x a week but it’s really weight training and no cardio. I just can’t get to the gym because I make excuses. I am hoping I can get motivated to hit the treadmill 3x a week with this app. Day 1 done! It wasn’t bad at all actually. I Had time to spare and I felt I needed more cardio so after the 30 mins was done I stayed on the treadmill walking briskly for 30 more minutes. Not necessarily posting for comments. Just want to be accountable!
