Do you guys detox every now and then to lose weight or lower toxcity?
If so, what types of foods do you guys implement?
This is what I do:
Lemon + Ginger Tea in the morning
Intermittent Fast for As Long as Possible
Detox Smoothie (charged with super greens)
3 Color Veggie Meals
Detox Tea
Sauna to sweat it all out and end the day
