  1. Hey fellow C25Kers! I have a son who will be 1 year old this week, and a 5 yo daughter. I was previously quite fit, but after a workplace accident a couple of years ago and then a rough pregnancy and recovery I am probably the most unfit I've ever been, and it's disheartening. I've always hated running, but a few years ago got to a place where I somewhat enjoyed it - perhaps even liked it. I'd really love to improve my overall health and well-being but with young children need to be able to have a somewhat flexible program. I also dislike exercising indoors. I'm ho
