  1. Hi all, currently using MyFitnessPal to track calories but wondered if anyone knew of any apps or sites for exercise I can do at home - I have no treadmill or anything like that - any help would be much appreciated x
  2. Just downloaded and started the c25k. Have to admit, didn’t find it particularly easy. I’m so unfit and haven’t run in about 20+ years!! Managed about 20 minutes but had to walk the rest. Has anyone else been the same or I’m I just useless lol x
