  1. Does anyone know how many calories burned on the first of the 7 minute workout if maxed out (36 minutes total training).
  2. I find the biggest thing was patience. Losing a half a pound or 1/3 a pound a day may seem slow but it is progress. The MyFitnessPal app is the best for tracking food because it has so much programed in!
  3. Also low flow toilets. Reduced flow shower heads. Wonder why you are trying to save water? Just for the environment? Your water bill savings will be minimal.
