Hi I'm just starting my third week on CK25k.
I'm doing it on the treadmill at my local gym. But I'm curious at what sort of setting I should be on. I have never ran before. So it's new to me.
I put the machine settings on random. And for walking speed.I have it set at 6.0 and running speed at 11. Should I be looking at lower speeds. Sometimes it's really tiring when the incline is on the higher settings. Thanks
