About Me

I am a Physician Assistant with an interest in serving the underserved.

I am a veteran and have been running forever.

I am bouncing back from a burnout period....as a smarter runner.

I ran my first marathon a few years back and tried to get “fancy” on race day......big mistake!

My goal is to run another Marathon.....but do it right this time!!!!
