but I need to get back in shape! A shape other than "amorphous!"
I try to play disc golf as much as I can, and that's a good way to spend 2 hours walking, but I need something to boost up weight loss, stamina, decrease dependencies on diabetes drugs, etc. I'd also like to do some of those mud run type obstacle courses.
My original goal in December was to lose 45 lbs by my 45th birthday, but personal relationship issues got in the way. But now I'm free of that and can focus on this again.
Don't know how active I'll be here, but thought I'd give it a shout out!
