Just started back at the gym recently after a nasty fall in November and a knee injury - during my first 5k! I did finish the race, but have been unable to walk/run since. I had been walking and running 4 to 10 miles (sometimes 13) a day, hiking, using the elliptical and doing yoga daily. Since November, I have gained 20 plus pounds and lost all desire to exercise!!! i am hoping this starts a fire in my belly to get back into my routine. i have a knee sleeve - that I LOVE! My knee feels ok, and I am looking for motivation and inspiration. I hope this will do the trick!
