  1. I'm also overweight..started week 4, day one today..I walk at 3.5 and run at 4.5-7..
  2. I'm overweight..and 54..and havent run in 15 years. I started Week 4, day one today. I keep it at 3.5 for the walk and 4.5-7 for the run
