Hi all, my sister passed this year after a short illness with G4 Breast Cancer. I’ve decided to do a 5k charity park run in her memory. I’m 3 weeks into C25K Pro and struggling a bit with the 3min jog which to me is a bit embarrassing. I take it it’ll get easier....any tips welcome.
