Hello, everyone! I just downloaded this app and I plan on starting tomorrow. I hate running, but I'm not sure if it's cause I don't like it or cause it's a struggle for me to do. I've been trying to lead a healthier lifestyle. I'm far from perfect and have set backs and then get discouraged. I'm looking to see what this app is about and find inspiration and support for this journey. I hope to hear from all of you.
