Thanks Dave. I listened to you and to my body. I did Wk 1 day 1 on Monday and on Tuesday 2 brisk 25 minute walks. On Wed my body was aching. So I skipped that day. Today I was ok to do my Wk2 Day2. It is still tough to run one minute. I hope it gets better by time. But till now pleased that I managed day 2. :-)
