I'm as new too this as you can get, typically I'm a cyclist over 2000 miles last year. My problem so far is extreme muscle pain in my calves when I speed up into a jog or a run. I try to do stretches before I do anything , I have seen my Dr and he says its lactic acid build up. And I need to build up my calves to correct this , anyone else have or had this problem ? All I know is wow it hurts like crazy.
