Slow and steady is great!!!
Totally agree that repeating is not a step back. You are still moving and that is the goal.
Congratulations! I hope you will focus on yourself now! I hope to get through to a 5k in October.
I've done this before gung ho and always end up injured. Finished day 3 this morning and feel great. Slow and steady will get me to the 5k in October and Turkey Trot in November!
You definitely have your hands full. I hope you stick with it! You will feel so much better about yourself and others. I have! 3 runs in and I'm actually looking forward to the next.
