    I've never run 5k in my life. I'm 47 and this is my first try. I'm halfway. Here's to encouraging each other!

    I vary the days. In the first week I found I needed two days break between running days. I walk on non run days. What do you do?

    1/2 way there: 10 sessions done. Tried running on treadmill for first time. It's so much easier than outside in 90 F heat.
