I tore my ACL skiing last March and had surgery in June. One year later (and 10-15 pounds heavier), I am finally able to run again. I'm on day 3 and it's going ok, but I am sooo out of shape. I keep reminding myself to take it one day at a time. I know that if I stick with it I will feel great by the end of the summer!
