  1. Well I did it. Then after went and did some weights. Starting to feel it but still happy going to try and wake up in am so I can go to gym in am.

  3. Looking to do my first 5k with my girls this summer. Can't wait. In process of quitting smoking and regaining my life and be more active. Just got a gym membership. I'm just a little worried I have some lower back issues which causes back pain when on my feet to long. So a little worried. But I am going to start day 1 week 1 today after work. Wish me luck!
