  1. I currently weigh 220, when I weighed less, 170, 180, I always wanted to be 150 but didn't really commit myself to it. Now that I've completely let myself go, I'm hoping to not only return to my original weight but to finally accomplish my desired weight. I know it's not gonna be easy, even writing it out in this post makes me feel cray, but I'm giving myself a year to accomplish it. Tips and advice would be much appreciated!
  2. I used to play basketball in college but that was five years ago and I've noticed that my weight has been climbing. I don't eat healthy, at all, but in addition to this program I'm committing myself to a cleaner, healthier lifestyle. I've been holding off getting started for the past month or so but decided to start this morning when I realized I have now gained 30 lbs since December. Let's just say I couldn't even finish the workout, I'm trying not to be too discouraged but as someone who was once able to run a mile in 7:30 I feel like I'm not able to get in good shape again. In addition to mental discouragement, I have lower back pains that absolutely kill me. Can anyone offer some advice from their journey to a healthier lifestyle? I'm cutting down junk Food and fast food to just once a week but other than that I'm at a complete loss.
