  1. How is your diet? Sometimes I notice that if I'm not eating properly my mind plays tricks on me and I feel like my workout is harder because I know I need to burn extra calories I consumed. Also give your body time to adjust. It's supposed to be hard. I remember being on week 3 and 4 and having to repeat because I wasn't prepared to move on. There's nothing wrong with that. I think the best advice I've heard is no matter how slow you go, you are still going faster than those still sitting on the couch
  2. The first week is the hardest. I remember running and feelin like I needed to go to the hospital after my first run. but that's also bc I didn't have my inhaler. If you are using a fast acting inhaler before you run you should be good and if needed after. Don't let your asthma detour you. Many have been able to overcome asthma with good diet and exercise *raises hands* now I don't need my inhaler and my lungs have become less inflamed and I breath better with exercise
  3. Great you got this I'm starting over again . I used this program 3 years ago and got in the best shape of my life along with eating right and weight lifting. Fell off after I moved but excited to restart it!
  4. Changing my life habits to give me the jumpstart I need to pursue my dreams. Just need to stay motivated! I completed the program 3 years ago and it changed my life, life got in the way and I didn't stay on track so now I'm back!
