Thanks, i have started using sports tracker alongside. So at the end of week 1 I now tracking 3.8km which I don't think is too bad... it's an improvement since the 1st run so heading in the right direction.
Hi, I have just completed day 2 of week 1 am confused about the distance I am tracking- I completed the programme as per the app but it tracks me as 3.1miles which I haven't achieved. My sports tracker tracks me as 3.6km which is less than this one. How will this help me accurately get to 5k?
