  1. My goal for the next few months is to do some type of exercise 30 minutes a day five days a week. With C25K I have three days covered. What other types of exercise will get me the best results for the other days?
  2. Starting C25K for the second time this year. Started in January, made it to week two, got a bad cold and lost motivation. Four months later realized the app is still on my iPod and decided to start over. Fingers crossed I can make it all the way through!
