About Me
I work as an administrator in acute rehab. I started my health journey in October 2016, losing 65 pounds by June 2017 following the Ideal Protein Alternatives diet (via Facebook). I then started weight lift with a trainer 3 days a week starting November 2017, and started adding cardio (via C25K) in March 2018. Looking to lose another 25 pounds and continue my fitness journey!
