Hey Emma, I started out August 14th at 231 lbs. I started by simply walking briskly for about 45 to 60 minutes most days. Its important to start eating healthier and start getting on more of a protein type diet. After wwalkingor about 2 weeks I started jogging periodically, and finally started the C25K. I am on week 5 and have released 32 lbs. Its 80% nutrition and 20 percent exercise. The key is simply getting started. You can do this!
