Good morning everyone!
I'm Mina, and I'm brand new to the forum.
I've just started back on a fitness journey, and am wanting to take up running and kickboxing to help get myself back into shape, and to get strong!
I've never run before, so I'm looking forward to training myself. I have a goal to run a 5K before I turn 40 (3 1/2 years).
