I tried picking up where I left off. I struggled. I even tried Insanity the day and that was hard! So I will probably run the last day of week 3 and restart week 4. But I will probably double up sometime this week to catch up.
I have a 5k in April and the weather has been horrible lately plus I have had health issues. I'm on week 4 day 3. Do I just start from where I left off????
