Disregard my previous post. The app failed during week 3. It skipped an entire 3 minute cycle. I give up. Time to try something else.

I had the same problem until I enabled the always on option in settings. So far it has worked.

Have you been fitting for running shoes? I went to a sport shoe store and was fitted. What a difference that made. And I've had knee surgery. I run with no knee pain.
