I'm in the same boat man. Im hovering around 230 and potentially starting a police academy next year. Accountability is key. Stick with it. I know you can do it

Hey guys. I've always hated running. Even playing basketball and soccer in high school. I have a chance at starting a police academy next year and need to get back into running. Week one day one down. Glad I found this sight. Accountability is key.

The jump from 8 minutes to 20 minutes seems ridiculous. Any tip?
