Thanks for your reply, I am also on myfitnesspal and although I don't want to rule my life around calories it's good to know what you're eating and the nutrition section will make it easy to see where I'm getting too much or not enough of things!
It's really easy to integrate into your day as well I find so far! Day 3 of food change and starting to feel the hunger without as much snacking! My legs are do stiff today, I hope I can make day 2 tomorrow!
I do feel determined I just hope I keep it up as I do have a tendency to not stick at things! I've told lots of people my plans so hopefully that will be a motivator as I hate to feel like I've let people down!
