  1. Your body needs carbs... if you want to keep losing weight but still run just eat three meals a day but for dinner eat at 6:00 and eat a dinner with no carbs... for ex. Two eggs with a little cheese, no carbs all protein, and the next morning if you did good youll be an average of two lbs less
  2. Just starting again after quiting for several weeks... Wish me luck!!!
