  1. SteadyMan that is so encouraging, thank you! I just finished week 3 and it's been hard but I'm inspired to hear from someone a little ahead of me. I'm with you - we are in it together!
  2. Hi runner! Thanks for posting! I am in Week 3 and getting through 3 minute intervals is tough. I'm inspired to will keep at it!
  3. I feel like I turned a small corner of progress in Week 3. Generally stronger and feeling like running is easier although still slow as mud. I also think the rest days have prevented injuries I've had in the past training on my own and going too fast, like shin splints and plantar fasciitis. No weight loss yet, though. Anyone else have similar results at Week 3?
