  1. Well, I'm jealous that you get to run while sight seeing Italy! That would be great motivation for me. Hills are pretty tough for me. Usually feel like I'm gonna die once I finally make it up one, haha.. Are you still running now? Have the hills gotten any easier?
  2. Hi! I think it's great that you're getting your son out and exercising with you! Kids need to be outside more. Never tried Zumba, but I've heard it's really fun. I also think I struggle a bit with regulating my breathing, but I've found that it's gotten better over time. So, yes, I believe it will only get easier for you over time. Keep going
  3. Whenever I feel bad about a run I remember this- No matter how slow you go, you are still lapping everyone on the couch. Keep going!
  4. Hey everyone! My name is Katie. I live in Papillion, NE. I've been married to my amazing husband for almost 4 years now. No kids yet, but we do have a beagle/terrier mix named Benji. I'm majoring in Elementary Education. I enjoy cooking, reading, bicycling, and watching Netflix. I've been running on and off for the last couple years and am finally deciding to be consistent with it. A saying that has really inspired me to get out there is - "Instead of "I don't have time" try saying "It's not a priority" and see how that feels". I started C25K last week. I recently got through week one. It was pretty rough the first day, but I got through it. On the last day for week one the run felt great, so I knew I was ready to transition to week 2. I started week 2 today and totally got my butt kicked. I am positive that I will only get better though. I know it'll only get hard before it gets easier, so I just gotta keep going.
