Ok so today will be my first day training. I haven't run long distances, or even sorry ones! In almost twenty years. I want to run a 5 k with my two daughters on March first. I am out out of shape but have been working out in a gym for three weeks. I am encouraged yet also realistic. Last time I tried to walk, jog, etc, it killed my knees. I will turn sixty next month. I am determined to run again. Any thoughts?
