  1. Val, you can do it! Just one foot in front of the other! I have knee issues as well and did my day one yesterday. It wasn't easy but it was empowering!
  2. Ok...finished day one! Wasn't able to do all rotations of the running ( only hit four) but I sped the walking up when I couldn't run. Still feel really good that I got that far! I can do this!
  3. Well, just ran across this forum and got excited because the one thing I need is motivation and encouragement! I am turning 44 in a few days and am in the worst shape of my life. I want to change. I envision myself changing. I just need to get into action. I completed a half marathon in 2010 ( run/walk) and it was the best feeling. I want that feeling back. Will post after my workout this evening! Wish me luck.
