I'm new to running (and excercise overall)...I just finished Week 3 Day 2 and I felt so winded while running the 3 minute set but I still pushed through. Should I repeat the week or advance to week 4? Will it be this hard from here on out?
The pro version does track your distance. By clicking on the circle in the middle of the screen, it toggles between calories burned, and the distance. The free version does not track but there is a banner at the bottom where the other zen apps are advertised and it offers an upgrade to the PRO. I had issues with the upgrade, so to make things easier, I deleted the free app and then paid for and downloaded the PRO.
