Hi
I'm new to running and to this app. I was wondering following the C210k app. Roughly what sort of distance should I be covering in the 30mins of week 1.
I am starting my training on a tredmill due to the lack of light hours outside of work. So I am currently using 6.5 kmph walk and 9.5 kmph jog and I'm covering approx 3.6km in the half hour.
I'm unsure whether this is too fast too slow or about right?
I just don't want to be going too slow early on and struggle in latter weeks.
Any advice would be great. Thanks Lauren x
