I too am not a runner. I dreaded the yearly mile run in P.E. Class! About a month ago I restarted working out at Anytime Fitness and am working with a personal trainer 1x per week, in addition to trying to make it at least 1x by myself. I work full time and am a single mom, so life is very busy. However, my goal is to run/walk at least 1 if not 2 5k's next summer! There are 2 that I already have my eye on! C25k will give me the additional boost, especially on my non gym days to get out there and move. I live about a city block from a really nice walking trail that I need to utilize more! So, jumping on the "fast train!"
