Hi! I really hate running and the only reason I do it is because I have to for volleyball. Now my coach is saying we are doing even more of it and we could be running a mile 3 times a week at practice. I'm not the best runner and I don't ever have the best time, but my coach wants us to run it in 8 minutes. How can I build myself up to do that without stopping? Whenever I run the mile I stop at least 3 times... help me please!
