  1. Did you stick with exercising everyday after you finished the 8 weeks? I just can't picture running "just because" after this. LOL. My body hurts and it's just the beginning!
  2. I just finished W1D2 and my legs feel like they are made of jello now. My hips feel like they're gonna pop off any minute. I know it's supposed to get easier but it's a rough beginning for this couch potato! Hopefully I can make friends on here and we can motivate each other!
  3. I started yesterday. Completed W1D2 this morning. My legs feel like they are going to fall off! It's hard to do this by myself but I'm trying.
  4. Week 1 Day 2 is done. My legs/hips feel like they hate me. This is hard to do by myself.
