I did time until I got to week 7 and now I'm doing distance. I did 5km in 32.55 min. My goal now is to just keep it going and improve on stamina and then pace.
I was a brand new runner 7mths ago. I started doing Parkrun and became very motivated to do better. I found this app and it has really helped keep me motivated. I ran 5km today in 33.55. I am 53 You can do it. Good luck.
Congratulations it feels amazing this morning I finished week 7 day 1 and felt great. I've found listening to a long podcast helps distract me from concentrating on the distance/time
I am 53 and find 3 times a week works for me. I just tell myself it's 30min and I can spare that time. I'm w6d2 I try and do a Parkrun for day three of the week. Good luck
